You're welcomed in and shown where to settle. The salon is clean and comfortable, and from that point you're not managing anything. We've got you from here.
Before anything starts, your stylist goes through the style, the length, the color and any preference you have. Nobody picks up a comb until you're both describing the same result.
Hair is available at the shop, so there's no running around sourcing it beforehand. Choose from our selection of premium braiding hair and human hair when you get here.
We work with our own KBS products, made for the styles we specialize in. There's Wi-Fi, somewhere to charge your phone, and refreshments. Work, watch something, or do nothing at all.
On braiding appointments you can ask for more than one stylist to work on your hair at the same time. It's optional, and it's there to cut down the hours you spend in the chair. Request it when you book.
We run a final check over the style and make sure you're happy with it. You'll get aftercare advice, and we'll show you which KBS products keep it looking the same once you're home.
